In a post he shared on his Instagram page, Aslay asked his Mombasa fans for forgiveness saying that he would not be able to perform on Saturday evening, as planned.

The Mhudumu singer went on to say that he decided to cancel the show after the organizers of the event failed to uphold their part of the agreement with his management.

He added that doing so was the only way he could protect his stand and that of his management as they work.

TUKUTANE NEXTDOR MIDA HII MASAKI,” wrote Aslay Isihaka.

Harmonize refused to perform in Eldoret

This comes a few days after Harmonize also refused to perform in Eldoret after the promoter of his show failed to pay up the remaining amount he was to pay on his arrival at the venue.

This was after the singer brought Eldoret town to a standstill during his arrival and also rehearsed for the performance at around 2pm on Saturday, before the unfortunate incident.
