Watch Dr. PImple Popper Pop a Flying Pilar Cyst in Her New Instagram Video

In a new Instagram video posted Monday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MDdermatologist and host of TLC's Dr. Pimple Popperhandles a pilar cyst with a very powerful pop. (In case you need a refresher, a pilar cyst is a benign bump that often forms on the scalp, according to Healthline .)

For fans who crave that satisfying cyst pop, this video will be an extreme tease up until the dramatic climax. The first couple of times Lee squeezes the incision on her patient's scalp, the opening isn't quite big enough to let the pilar cyst come through.

Finally, after enough scalpel work, the incision is big enough to make way for the cystand out it comes! The round pilar cyst goes flying out of the patient's head, but thankfully, Dr. Lee is able to recover it and display it in the palm of her hand.
