At least 10 people have died after a passenger bus collided with a lorry in Tana River this morning.

The bus was heading to Wajir from Nairobi when the accident happened on the Garrisa-Nairobi Road at Bangal area.
4 children, their mother are among the 10 people who have died in the accident.
On August 28, four People died in another accident on the Sondu-Kisumu Road.
The four perished when the matatu they were travelling in belonging to Bestline Sacco, lost control and veered off the road and landed in a ditch in Ngege Area.

Confirming the incident, Nyanza Traffic Commandant Andrew Naibei said the vehicle rolled several times killing three men and one woman on the spot.
