Gatundu South MP Moses could face disciplinary action from the Jubilee Party following his remarks towards NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga that have since been termed inflammatory.
Since the Supreme Court annulled the re-election of President Uhuru Kenyatta, Mr. Kuria has been on a rampage attacking Odinga and hurling all sorts of insults.
On Tuesday Kuria announced that he had launched a manhunt in Kiambu for locals who voted for the other demon (alluding to Raila).
On Wednesday night, however, Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju stated that Kuria’s remarks were not a reflection of what the party stands for.
Speaking during an interview on NTV’s Sidebar, Tuju divulged that Kuria could be punished following the hateful statements.
The former Rarieda MP castigated Kuria stating: "that is completely out of order and I will not accept that kind of language.
"If it is true that is from his official Facebook, I will take it up with him because it is unacceptable. It cannot be Jubilee policy and we cannot be put on the spot by mistakes of a few element in their the party which are preaching wrong things," Tuju said.
