Moses Kuria's child is reportedly in need of serious medical attention.

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria on Tuesday November 7, was given time to take care of his ailing child following the postponement of an incitement case against him.

The MP was reportedly charged with 'desirable to cause death and physical injury to specific individuals in the country' while addressing a crowd in Gatundu Stadium on June 26, 2015; claims that the lawmaker denied.
He was also accused of inciting a section of youth to attack politicians who were opposed to the National Youth Service (NYS) projects.
He had earlier on been released on a Sh. 2 million cash bail but failed to conduct himself accordingly, hence the revival of the case.
The Milimani Law Courts Senior Principal Magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot, postponed the case to February 14, 2018 upon the MP's request.

Kuria's child is said to currently be in hospital. Details of his child's ailment are however not known.
