Mr. Kenyatta hit the 8 million mark at around 8 pm while his main contender NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga was at 6 million votes for the better part of the day.

At the time of this reporting, Mr. Odinga was at 6.6 million votes.

The former Prime Minister rejected the results as displayed on the IEBC website highlighting that the  system had been hacked to favour President Kenyatta.

Odinga further noted that the results were not legal as form 34A had not been received and made public as required by the law.
