The form 34A belonged to Bulla Dadacha polling centre in Mandera County.
Hawk-eyed Kenyans on Twitter were quick to highlight this strange occurrence and questioned its legitimacy.
The form 34A showed that President Uhuru Kenyatta garnered 323 votes while his main competitor Raila Odinga got 40 votes.
Hours after Kenyans caused an uproar on social media the electoral body deleted the form 34A from the portal.
