24 percent of those not voting will or might be away from their polling stations.

At the same time, 13 percent of the public does not have confidence in the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

According to the population, they do not believe the electoral body is able to deliver a free and fair election.

13 percent of this population also have fears that there will be Post Election Violence, therefore, they opt not to vote.

6 percent said that they do not have a desirable candidate while 5 percent do not want to stand in the long queues.

The Ipsos poll further indicated that 4 percent of those not voting fear victimization.
