Uhuru’s Special Gift that has Kenyans Talking [PHOTOS]
President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday was in Nyeri and Muranga counties for his rallies ahead of the much-awaited August 8 General Election, in which he is seeking to reclaim the seat for a second term.
While in Kangema, Murang'a county, the President halted his campaign trail for a few seconds to receive a portrait from one of his supporters.
The razor blade-like portrait was inscribed with the words, Wembe ni uleule Jubilee Tosha, got the President’s attention.
The Jubilee fanatic was quick to pass it to the President, who from the smile on his face was very amused by it.
The Head of State took a few second to glance at the portrait seemingly revealing the overwhelming love the locals have for him.
When the President’s communication team posted the picture on social media, it received an array of reaction with a section of the public highlighting that the Jubilee Government was certainly going to win the upcoming poll.
At the same time, another love struck supporter made a love heart placard for President Kenyatta in Kariani, Nyeri.
"We love Uhuru. Wewe ni wetu,” the supporter wrote.
