You'd probably like to assume that you'd be cool as a cucumber if you were featured in a video by Dr. Pimple Popper (aka Sandra Lee, M.D.). In reality, though, you'd probably be freaking the eff out.

Well, one patient managed to stay super chill through the whole thing and, honestly, IDK how he did it.

The patient in question came to Dr. P with a steatocystoma , and its everything you'd hope for in a Dr. Pimple Popper video. Steatocystoma is a congenital condition that causes several cysts on a persons body, so this patient has a lot to deal with.

The video doesnt waste any time. You can immediately see the doctor slicing into a cyst, as a tiny bit of oil seeps out. She pulls out her scalpel and whoa. It. Is. ON.

A freaking geyser of ribbony goo starts pouring out. That was quick, the doctor says, as she pulls the gunk away with her tweezers.

She then shows the patient the gunk she pulled out of his shoulder. Oh wow, that was huge, he says calmly, like that ball of nasty didn't just come out of his body.

Of course, the doctor isnt done yet. She grabs her tweezers again and pulls out the base of the cyst. Ooh, theres a hair in this one! she says. The doctor yanks and pulls (as more goo comes out, naturally), and then unearths a few hairs from inside the cyst.

She shows the patient, who is apparently into this stuff. Thats a lot of hairs, he says calmly, like they're discussing the freaking weather. You can watch all the action unfold here:

Pretty sure I would run screaming from the room if that was me, but... .
