Dr. Pimple Popper Squeezed A 'Wad Of Gum' Pilar Cyst From Her Patient's Scalp In New Instagram Video

There are lots of surprises around the corner for fans of Dr. Sandra Lee, M.D., aka Dr. Pimple Popper . Yes, she did go on a blackhead popping streak recently, and those were satisfying, but a tad predictble. This week, the doc is sharing some surprising pops.

In her latest video, the bump surprises even Dr. Pimple Popper . She's seen more than her fair share of dermatological issues. This one still caught her by surprise, and Dr. Pimple Popper was so close to catching it herself.

The video starts with Dr. Pimple Popper squeezing. She is optimistic about this pop. "These are fun to pop out," she says. "They're very easy." Famous last words.

She may have jinxed herself. The pilar cyst lurking underneath is not budging. Dr. Pimple Popper puts more muscle into it. "I'm going to push against you so resist me," she says.

When that doesn't work, she has to open the incision wider to get the pilar cyst out. Finally, out comes the pilar cyst with no warning. Boy, it is much bigger than it looked. Fans compared it to "a wad of gum", "a cork", and "a marble" in the comments. No wonder it was so hard to extract.

Dr. Pimple Popper watches as it rolls out of the opening and hops off the screen. One Popaholic comments, "I was not expecting anything to fall on the floor." (See, surprises.) The doc makes a mad grab and shows off her prize pilar cyst resting in her hand.

Still, the doc made this one look easy in the end.
