The mother recently reunited with Misty after having lost custody of her when she was younger.

Upon meeting again, the couple hit it off and began a relationship that resulted in marriage.

They got arrested, the marriage was annulled and Misty got a 10 year suspended sentence whereas Patricia has yet to go to court.

One of Patricia’s sons, Cody Spann, told CBS News, "She forced my sister into this, there's a lot of people that know it. For you to want to put your own daughter through this, what kind of person are you?"

This isn’t the first time Patricia has found herself in these troubling waters.

She also married her 18 year old other son back in 2008. He got the marriage annulled citing incest.
