Its time for grotesque arts and crafts. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops a bunch of buried soft pops on a patient's face. And these growths ooze craft glue-like goop.

In the clip, Dr. Lee uses a comedone extractor to press down on the barely-visible growths, pushing out coils of white gunky contents. But there's more growths buried under the surface than Dr. Lee originally realized.

Look at these. They just pop up all around, Dr. Lee tells the patient in the clip. You dont even see them! Theyre, like, hidden.

The skin concerns are most likely the result of childhood acne, Dr. Lee says to the patient.

It looks like old school Elmer's Glue, one fan commented. Another fan commented, Mmmm Top Ramen! What healthy imaginations!

The pops featured in this video are likely tiny blackheads and whiteheads. A blackhead is a single pore filled with dead skin and oil, which forms a black head when exposed to air. The white portion of a blackhead that you see in this video is actually the same material as the black cap, only this material hasnt been oxidized to create a black coloring. Whiteheads , on the other hand, form when dead skin cells, oil, and bacteria become trapped within a pores.
