Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze a 'Caramel-Filled' Blackhead

If you like caramel-filled candy, maybe you'll also find "caramel-filled" blackheads delectable. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD removes several sticky blackheads from three different patients. One even looks to be filled with the same stuff inside a Twix or Caramello candy bar. This is one ooey gooey compilation fans have on repeat.

In the three clips, Dr. Lee removes one earring-like blackhead lodged in a patients earlobe, one super sticky blackhead hiding in a patients back, and one growth buried in a womans neck. The last is definitely something to see, looking like some viscous caramel flowing out. Yuck.

A blackhead is a single pore filled with dead skin and oil, which forms a black head when exposed to air. The white or tan portion of a blackhead hidden under the surface of the skin is actually the same material as the black cap, only this material hasnt been oxidized to create a black coloring.
