In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision across the length of the tiny growth, then pushes down on the surrounding skin with her fingers. With some force, a portion of the stubborn mass pops outbut there is still more lurking underneath the skin that refuses to budge. Dr. Lee uses surgical tweezers to grab the remaining portion of the orange-hued growth, pulling it out and snipping it off.

It looks like a slice of peach, one fan commented. Other commenters compared the lipoma to a mango slice and an orange segment, making this a grotesque fruit salad.

Lipomas are fatty masses situated between the skin and muscle. They are noncancerous and usually harmless, and are often soft and doughy to the touch. The cause of lipomas isnt entirely understood, but the growths tend to run in families, so genetics likely play a factor.
