Get ready for the heebie jeebies. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops some deeply buried whiteheads hidden in a mans cheek. The man's emptied pores may just trigger your trypophobia, which is the extreme aversion to clusters of tiny holes.

In the clip, Dr. Lee presses down on the mans cheek with her comedone extractor, forcing out ribbons of contents from the stubborn whiteheads. At times, the famed derm needs to nick the surface of the skin to give the buried material an avenue of escape. But with a few wiggles and presses of her extractor, Dr. Lee always comes out victorious.

Excise the demon seed! one fan commented in a questionably dramatic fashion.

What is left behind is a cluster of enlarged emptied pores that speckle the man's cheeks. It's a sight anyone with trypophobia would cringe to behold.

Whiteheads form when dead skin cells, oil, and bacteria become trapped within a pores. Most go away after time or can be treated with over-the-counter remedies. Occasionally, for some severe cases, its necessary to call in dermatological reinforcements.
