Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Pop Hundreds of Blackheads Splattered Across a Man's Face

In a new YouTube video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops a collection of blackheads splattered across a mans face. The man, who is a repeat patient of Dr. Lees, has been lovingly nicknamed The Masked Man for the collection of blackheads around his eyes.

This is The Masked Man 's fifth visit to Dr. Lee's office. In their first meeting, the famed derm removed some sticky, stubborn blackheads from his mask. Since then, the patient started using a Retin-A cream and started getting steam facials to help loosen the leftover stubborn blackheads, with Dr. Lee chipping away at the collection with each visit. The improvement is incrediblebut The Masked Man still has a healthy amount of pops to go.

In this clip, Dr. Lee tackles the patients forehead, cheeks, and eye area. The clip features beauty YouTuber Nikkie de Jager, who is better known as NikkieTutorials, as an assistant. Dr. Lee passes over her comedone extractor to de Jager, allowing her to pop several of the mans blackheads. And these ooey gooey blackheads are ready to burst.

In The Masked Man's first appearance, Dr. Lee explained a likely reason for his mask-like look. In that video, the derm says she often sees blackheads in a mask-like formation on current or former firemen who get soot trapped in their pores. Though this man wasnt a fireman, he did work in the air freight business, often having jet fuel and exhaust blown in his face. Dr. Lee says this likely caused the collection of blackheads.

A blackhead is a single pore filled with dead skin and oil, which forms a black head when exposed to air.
