Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Host a 'Blackhead Party' on Instagram

Dr. Pimple Popper is having a party, but don't go get your streamers and confetti just yet. This special occasion involves a patient's back, her extraction tool, and a blackhead that just won't quit. The dermatologist whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee and who is host of her own namesake TLC series is tasked with cleaning out this blemish, but like any good party, she finds that the fun just doesn't want to stop.

The video begins with Dr. Lee pressing deeply into her patient's skin with her comedo extractor and freeing the top of the plug. The black "head" viewers can see is formed when a hair follicle becomes clogged with dead skin and sebum and is exposed to oxygen. Dr. Lee is able to take of it right away. However, there's much more below the surface.

As she goes back in with the tool, white filling begins to emerge from the blackhead. Carefully, she plucks it out with tweezers, but this "party" just keeps going. Dr. Lee ends up pulling out multiple bits of dead skin and sebum like this things is a bottomless pit. But this is Dr. Pimple Popper, and she always gets her guy, or, um, blackhead.
