Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Drag a Gooey Blackhead Out of a Stretched Pore

Whats better than popping a blackhead? Fully excavating a massive, dried up blackhead with a sticky underbelly, of course. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD drags a festering dilated pore of Winer out of a patients shoulder. Its sticky, it's crumbly, its massive, and its a hell of a removal.

In the clip, Dr. Lee uses a comedone extractor to press down on the growth, releasing the compacted contents little by little. After a few attempts to grab the growth with little pay-off, Dr. Lee is able to use a scraping motion to drag out the majority of the dilated pore of Winer. For good measure, she puts this portion of the clip in slow motionthen even slower motion.

This one was really deep, one fan commented on the clip. And truly the hole this thing leaves behind is ginormous.

A dilated pore of Winer is essentially a large blackhead compacted in a single enlarged pore surrounded by normal skin. This means the large crater left behind by this extraction is actually a single pore that has been stretched from the contents gathering inside. Its truly wild.
