Dan Giordano, D.P.T. C.S.C.S. , a Men's Health Advisory Board member and practicing physical therapist, hosted the latest session from his New York City apartment.

Unfortunately, Giordano came to the session after an injuryhe sustained a Grade 1 ankle sprain on a run recentlybut that gave him an opportunity to work through his malady along with the audience. The sprain was light, but it still looked bad. "Within like 10 minutes, my ankle blew up to the size of a softball," he said.

He designed the mobility session, then, to aim at the hips and lower legs to help him work through the sprainbut it's really a full-body session that will work from your feet up to your shoulders. Just grab some space to stretch out, a mat for your back and knees, and get ready to work.
