- 400 meter run
- 15 kettlebell swings
- 10 pushups
- 15 over-shoulders
- 15 bent-over rows
He completed the sweat session as a family with Jennifer Lopez and his two daughters.

According to Men's Health fitness director Ebenezer Samuel, C.S.C.S., this is a solid, well-rounded workout that focuses on the posterior chain. However, you'll want to pay close attention to your form on the over-shoulders, he cautions.
"If you're doing this workout at home, be cautious of the over-shoulder move," Samuel says. You can notice in the video that both Rodriguez and Lopez start to rock as they do this, which can put stress on the lower back and the shoulder joints as well. Don't be afraid to substitute a different move here like a basic biceps curl, or to skip the move entirely if you have shoulder issues."
All told, Rodriguez and his family complete four rounds in 20 minutes. Can you and your clan beat that?
