Plans to swear in President Uhuru Kenyatta next week have been thrown into disarray after Ex-Kilome MP Harun Mwau filed a petition to challenge his victory.

Mwau filed the petition at the Supreme Court on Monday evening, which was supposed to be the last day.
The Presidential Transitional Committee, chaired by head of public service Joseph Kinyua had already started planning Kenyatta's swearing in ceremony.
The ceremony would have happened on 14th November, if no petition was filed by Monday midnight.
