The court ordered for the arrest of the powerful Bishop for disobeying court orders and contempt of court.

Kagunda was wanted in a case where three priests in the ACK church have challenged a decision by the church's organs to suspend them on claims that they were involved in homosexual acts.

The Bishop was said to have appointed the tribunal that recommended the suspension of the priests from pastoral duties over homosexuality.

The priests have sought redress, claiming that they were defamed and denied a fair hearing.
