Seven suspected thugs were on Friday morning shot dead in Kitisuru, Nairobi by Special Crimes Prevention Unit

Emerging reports indicate that they were gunned down after a botched robbery on a private residence. Three pistols were found on them.

Confirming the incident, Flying Squad head Musa Yego said that the thugs were targeting cash and gold kept in the residence.
