Anerlisa is back in the limelight again but this time with a message of bitterness after breaking up with her longtime boyfriend.

Anerlisa took to her Instagram Account to announce her breakup on grounds that ladies should not stick in a relationship that is not healthy.

According to her ladies should know the time to walk away if the relationship is not working and therefore on her side, she has decided to call it quits.

“Ladies I don't know why you stick to relationships you well know are not healthy. Have you ever been to a relationship where you feel you are not growing mentally, you feel like somebody is dictating your life? You feel you are mentally abused and demeaned every day? Well, that's part of what I am talking about. Know when it's time to walk away. “Wrote Anerlisa Muigai.

She adds that do not lower your standards to make other people happy and being single is not a crime.

In January, Anerlisa Muigai got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Stephen and she took to Instagram to share the good news with her follower. But not anymore because she had decided to walk away and started a new life.

The photos she had uploaded on her Instagram together with her boyfriend have been deleted.
