Kenyans react to Babu Owino’s tweet over Murathe’s involvement in KEMSA scandal

On Thursday, Embakasi East MP Babu Owino who is part of Public Investments Committee probing the KEMSA scandal strongly defended Jubilee Vice Chairman, David Murathe, saying that he was not involved.

The MP insisted that the report will soon be out and Kenyans will know who stole the money lost by KEMSA.

He added that the company at the center of the Sh4 billion tender Kilig Ltd which Murathe is linked to did not supply anything to KEMSA and was never paid.

“I am in Public investment committee charged with the responsibility of investigating KEMSA Scandal $ I can assure Kenyans that a report will come out soon and you will know who stole your money. KILIG Ltd linked to Murathe never supplied to KEMSA $ were never paid. That’s the truth,” tweeted Babu Owino.
