Jeff disclosed the news of his new show that will be called ‘SmokinCountryOnHot’ through his twitter account on Sunday.

Jeff who co-hosts alongside comedian Jalang’o in Hot 96’s breakfast show Jeff and Jalas, will be hosting the country music show every Sunday evening from 4pm to 7pm.

“Get ready for 3-Hours of the Best of the Best of Country Music @Hot_96Kenya...we're calling it #SmokinCountryOnHot from 4pm-7pm with your fellow countryman @KoinangeJeff....Spread THE WORD! It's going to be Smmmmmmmmmmmokin!!!!!! @EneDajom @AfuneFred @ythera_mwangi,” read his tweet.

In early 2016, Jeff Koinange was given a radio show that purely played Country music for two hours on Nation Media Group’s Nation FM, which was called ‘Country Roads Radio Show’ shortly before the station was closed down.
