President William Ruto’s broad-based government reshuffle brought in new Principal Secretaries (PSs) across key ministries, marking one of the biggest changes in the civil service leadership since the administration took office.

The changes followed consultations and political realignments that saw both fresh appointments and reassignments across State Departments.

The PSs play a critical role in running government operations at ministry level, overseeing policy implementation and coordinating day-to-day functions.
