Its unfortunate but its true, you can have too much sex. And your body can feel completely exhausted by it.
While low sex drive can be a sign of an underlying problem, there are other ways your body is telling you to slow down on sexual activity.
You can still maintain intimacy with your partner without sex.
Here are 5 signs you body is telling it's time to lay off sex.
1. You're sore
If your nether regions are feeling overworked, you may need to give it a rest.
2. You take too long to get an orgasm
If the orgasm takes a lot longer to come, or you find that you're struggling to get one after endless rounds of rigorous sex, take a break.
3. You find it hard to get aroused
If you're constantly not in the mood for sex, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're no longer sexually attracted to your partner. It could just mean you have some kind of fatigue when it comes to sex. Give it a while then get back to it.
4. You don't feel good after sex
If sex doesn't feel as fun as it used to be, then it could be that you could be in some kind of sexual funk.
5. Sex hurts
If you're in pain every time you have sex or after- you should abstain for a while and make sure that you visit your physician as it could be a sign of an STD.
