In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee is back with some fatty lipomas that have an adorable food analogy. Lipomas are non-cancerous growths of fat cells that form in a thin capsule beneath the skin and form a bump. 'Popaholics,' the name of Dr. Lee's fans, know that these growths can get massive , but these tiny baby lipomas are so cute, the dermatologist calls them 'cookies.'

The video begins with Dr. Lee outing her patient for having some vodka before his appointment, but in his defense, she is about to make multiple incisions in his skin. Once those cuts have been created, she begins to squeeze either side of the opening until the yellow, squishy collection of fat cells pop free. Once outside of her patient's skin, she snips the bits of flesh holding them in place.

While you can see all of the multiple lipoma removals over on her All Access channel , the Instagram video then jumps forward so viewers can see all of the many tiny lipomas arrayed on her table. As they're there, visible before her, Dr. Lee declares that they look just like animal crackers, and she's spot on. In fact, she says all they need are some sprinkles and frosting.
