The best part: You can watch every step of it in her latest video. In it, she pops an enormous cyst from a woman's shoulder. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the pop: "Is that a or on your shoulder are you just happy to see me? Epidermoid cyst surgically removed INTACT is my favorite way... #drpimplepopper"

The video shows a super speedy version of her popping process. Dr. Pimple Popper trims around the cyst until she frees it. She's super careful and successfully removes the whole round cyst without breaking it. "There's our little friend," she says. "It's like an egg yolk."
