Dennis Itumbi who is the Senior Director of Innovation, Digital and Diaspora Communication in the Office of the President revealed the information through his twitter account.

He went ahead to express his joy with the reforms that have been brought about in the Kenyan Judiciary.

“A year ago, a great Judge heard and concluded my matter on illegal arrest. Since then, no Judgement rendered. The good Judge is innocent. The problem was the Registry. I however salute the registry for the apology, that is a mark of reform. Iam totally impressed @dkmaraga,” read Itumbi’s tweet on the matter.
