Dany Garcia and The Rock Are Launching an Online Version of Athleticon

Athleticons virtual experience will feature digital programming throughout 2020 from Garcia, Johnson, and various brand partners. The "experience," which launches later this month, will include on-demand programming on the Athleticon website , a newsletter, and social media features. The complimentary content will address high-performance physical fitness, yoga, and dance, mental health and relationships, entertainment and fitness competitions, food and nutrition, and tech and gaming.

The virtual experience will include several recurring series, including heart-pumping dance sessions, comprehensive cooking tutorials, lessons in amplifying peak performance and tools to maximize endurance, longevity and recovery. In addition to this programming, users will have the opportunity to submit personal clips of their fitness routines and techniques to be evaluated by professionals.

Athleticons inaugural event was slated to take place in October 2020, but has been pushed back due to social gathering concerns. The live event will take place in October 2021 in Atlanta, and is slated to include epic competitions, live performances, and exclusive premieres. The event also will highlight innovations in nutrition, healthy living, sport tech, and fitness gear.

Though you have to wait to experience the live Athleticon event, the digital version of the experience will hopefully be more than enough to tide you over until then.
