The decision came after allegations surfaced in February this year that one of the boys had reported that he had been sodomized by the cook who had worked at the institution for close to 10 years.

The boy indicated that the incident would occur in the orphanage’s kitchen where the cook would lure them and later threaten to deny them food if they told anyone.
