Rachael Shebesh and 5 other female Jubilee legislators chased from Teso by angry crowd
It was just the other day that Rachael Shebesh was being trolled for copying what Safaricom employee, Pauline Shamola, did with a disabled man.
And yesterday November 8 the Nairobi Women Representative once again faced public wrath after angry residents in Teso chased her away together with five other Jubilee legislators.
Jubilee campaign team led by Teso South MP, Mary Emaase, faced resistance from locals when they visited Teso area for campaigns.
The team included; Mary Emaase, Deputy Speaker Joyce Laboso, Racheal Shebesh, Mogotio MP Hellen Sambili, nominated Senator Beatrice Elachi and Othaya MP Mary Wambui.
They encountered a rowdy crowd chanting ODM slogans at one of their stopovers and were not given an audience; police responded in time to see the legislators protected from the angry crowd.
The lawmakers' motorcade was forced to speed off amid the commotion and headed to a different stopover where they addressed locals.
