President Uhuru Kenyatta was on Tuesday November 28 sworn in for his second term in office.

Kenyatta along with Deputy President William Ruto were sworn in in front of a 60,000 seater Kasarani stadium packed with Jubilee supporters as well as several heads of state including Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni, Rwanda's Paul Kagame, Botswana's Ian Khama, Zambia's Edgar Lungu, South Sudan's Salva Kiir, Gabon's Ali Bongo, Namibia's Hage Geingob.
President Kenyatta's first official duty during his second term will be the commissioning the General Service Officer (GSO) Cadets Parade.
The parade is set to take place in Lanet, Nakuru on November 30, 2017.
