Mother and her boyfriend beat daughter to death for disturbance

The special needs girl was subjected to maltreatment by her mother's boyfriend.

The deceased was reported to have special needs which nevertheless brought danger to her.

A mother and her boyfriend are awaiting trial for the murder of her daughter who was beaten to death for causing a disturbance.

This incident happened in Kuwait where it was initially claimed that the five-year-old girl died due to bad fall but a coroner report proved otherwise.

The move to conduct proper investigation into the death of the infant came about when paramedics and policemen who arrived the couple's Mubarak Al Kebeer home saw bruises on her body.

The woman, 26, however confessed to beating the child as she reportedly disclosed to the police that the child was beating for disturbing them.

Gulf News also gathered that the little girl had been a subject of consistent physical abuse by the woman's boyfriend which led to his arrest on Monday, August 7, 2017.
