Second explosion at Dusit Hotel

The explosion was inside the vehicle believed to have been used by the attackers.

After the second blast police sniffer dogs were deployed to help identify any more explosives.

At around 5.55pm; police detonated several explosives which were left behind in the cars used by the attackers.

Police indicated that the attackers had forced their way into 14 Riverside Drive by shooting at guards; they hurled explosives into vehicles and went into Dusit D2 Hotel.
