Mr Makau who refused to leave a seat reserved for Minority Leader, John Mbadi was ejected from the August House by National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi.

The Wiper affiliated lawmaker sat in Mbadi’s seat claiming that he was the official Minority leader after NASA leader Raila Odinga entered into a deal with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Makau insisted that the Uhuru-Raila deal meant that ODM which Mbadi leads in Parliament was now in Government and no longer the Opposition.

After he was ejected, the lawmaker stated that he will still occupy the same seat when he goes back to the chambers on Wednesday.
