Former assistant minister Nyarangi Moturi, who also served as North Mugirango MP has died.

The veteran politician famously known as ‘Esirori Nyamaguta’ died on Wednesday morning as he was being rushed to a hospital in Nairobi.
He served as North Mugirango MP between 1988 and 1992 and made several other unsuccessful attempts to return to elective politics.
In 2013, Moturi contested the Nyamira Senatorial seat but lost to the immediate former Senator - Kennedy Mong'are.
