The young songstress was part of a host of entertainers during the inauguration ceremony of Governor Joyce Laboso at the Bomet Green Stadium.

Little did she know, her performance would capture the heart of President Uhuru Kenyatta who was in attendance at the ceremony.

Though her songs though were in Kalenjin, Kenyatta was mesmerised by her tunes and sought help from Laboso who translated the lyrics to him.

The translated melodious lyrics made the Kenyatta break into laughter and once Mutai sauntered onto the main dais, the president could not resist to stand up on his feet and join the singer in a happy jig.

Even the former governor  Isaac was seen enjoying the performance brought joy to all at the ceremony.
