Speaking during the launching event, FKF president Nick Mwenda noted that  the deal will help the federation save the amount of money they would have spent on buying kits and the cash can be now be used on other development projects.

"Thank you Mafro Sport for taking the step to come to us. They are sponsoring Zimbabwe and Zambia and difference is that we will be paid for wearing kits. We spent eight million buying kits last year now we will not buy. So the money can be used for the development of the game. We will get 600 pieces for every category  of uniform plus the tracksuits and socks."said Mwendwa
