In a statement released by his spokesperson Jim McGrath, President Bush died in Houston, Texas.

Senior Bush served as the 41st President of the U.S and is the father to the 43rd U.S President George W. Bush.

His death comes a few months after his wife Barbara Bush passed away at the age of 92.
