Divulging the information on Twitter, Mr. Khalwale announced that death of Mama Agnes Nasiebanda Songwett who is the mother of his wife Sekeiyann.

“Death has snatched from our midst our beloved Mama Agnes Nasiebanda Songwett. Mother of my wife Sekeiyan and grandmother of my children: Kukaste, Sabai, Shimuli, Atubukha, Khamwenyi, Nasiebanda & Makatse. May her wonderful soul RIP, amen,” the former Senator stated.

Khalwale has several wives as he upholds the African tradition of polygamy.
