The video starts with an overhead view of the protruding lipoma. It sticks so far out of her patient and looks very uncomfortable. It doesn't slow Dr. Pimple Popper down. She dives right into pull the lipoma out. The one and only Dr. Pimple Popper isn't playing around either.

The video skips ahead and Dr. Pimple Popper has already sliced into her patient's back to reach the lipoma. Then, she uses both hands to squeeze, press, and push to get the lipoma to move. It barely budges. Dr. Pimple Popper wasn't joking about those bodyguards protecting it.

The dermatologist has to switch up her tactics to make progress. She grabs some tweezers and uses them to hold onto the lipoma tight. She uses her other hand to squeeze and trim away at the lipoma until it is completely free. It turns out those bodyguards were no match for Dr. Pimple Popper. She prevailed in another satisfying pop.
