IEBC Bomas of Kenya meeting with Jubilee and NASA adjourned

The meeting between the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Jubilee and NASA was on Wednesday adjourned following an early closed-door session at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi.

The meeting was postponed to the afternoon after representatives from Jubilee and NASA called for more time to consult with their principals regarding controversial issues ahead of the October 26 repeat presidential polls.

NASA was represented at the talks with Senator James Orengo and CEO Norman Magaya while the Jubilee team was led by their Secretary General Raphael Tuju.

IEBC is set is to brief Jubilee and NASA on the state of fresh poll preparedness.
