Hilaria Baldwin had big news for fans this week: Shes expecting her fifth child with husband Alec Baldwin, nearly five months after having her second miscarriage in a year .

"Sound up...Ill let the baby do the talking because I dont have the words to express how this sound makes us feel," Hilaria captioned an of herself listening to her babys heartbeat with a monitor. "Just got the great news that all is well and all is healthy with this little munchkin. I wanted to share this with you Here we go again ."

The 36-year-old writer told Us Weekly that shes due in September, which would make her about three months pregnant. Hilaria told the publication she knew she was pregnant "right away" because she felt "stupid."

"Thats my first [hint]. Im somebody that is very physically capable. I can do my yoga, I can dance, I can do this, I can [do] that, [but] I become a disaster. I bump into things," she said. Hilaria said she even scraped her car on the side of her garage at one point.

"I actually then started taking tests every other day, even though I knew it wouldnt be positive yet," she said. "About 10 days after I thought I got pregnant, it turned positive and I was like, 'OK, there you go.'"

Hilaria and Alec are also parents to Carmen, 6, Rafael, 4, Leonardo, 3, and Romeo, 22 months.

Now, Hilaria said, shes dealing with morning sickness and feeling "heavier and bigger by the day." She also said shes "eating everybodys food," including everything from "leftover cold cuts [to] a handful of kale with a blob of hummus on it."
