The ANC party leader barred party members from holding any meetings unless they are convened by the party secretariat.

In his statement, Mudavadi insisted that Barrack Muluka is the official ANC Secretary General.

Trouble started in the party late last year when the Party leader Musalia Mudavadi wrote a letter to the Registrar of Political parties Lucy Ndung’u asking her office to replace ANC secretary general and Nominated MP Godfrey Osotsi with Barrack Muluka.

Osotsi has always insisted he is the official party Secretary General and has been holding party meetings to that effect.
