Jenna Jameson Says Progress Pictures Helped Her Stay Motivated On Keto
Jenna Jameson is clearly all about the selfie (her Instagram if full of 'em).
But those selfies serve a purpose-besides showing off Jenna's "#bodybyketo." In her latest Instagram post , Jenna makes a solid case for taking pics as you lose weight.
I cannot stress enough the importance of taking before pics, she wrote alongside before and after photos of herself, taken from behind. I HATED SEEING THESE PICTURES UNTIL I STARTED SEEING PROGRESS! Jenna continued. If you are beginning your journey or even thinking about #keto please take my advice and take jumping off pictures!!!!
After that, she recommends ditching garbage processed foods and telling your family that the household is building healthy bodies!

So, yeah. Clearly Jenna practices what she preaches. She has a zillion before photos and shes been posting them on the regular. Each time, she admits that she wasnt exactly feeling awesome or confident when they were taken.
But Jennas attitude toward her body has evolved during her weight-loss journey. Back in August, she shared that she felt like she was getting her groove back after losing 80 pounds on the keto diet. "Ladies, can we all agree that once you legit feel confident in white jeans, weve hit our goal weight? Me too, sis," she wrote alongside before and after pics (naturally). "You can literally almost feel the difference in confidence in these two pictures."
Given how successful (and happy) Jenna has been on her weight loss journey, taking before pictures is definitely worth considering. You dont need to share them with anyone-and itll be pretty freaking satisfying to look back on them as you hit your goals.
