It has been revealed that a private developer's actions caused Ivan’s health to deteriorate and led to the heart attack that claimed his life.

As E Daily reports, there is a reason why Ivan who was always the life of the party looked distressed and didn’t eat much or drink alcohol at  his last public sighting which was in a Blankets and Wine event in Kampala held about  three weeks ago.

“Prior to his hospitalization, Ivan looked disturbed; and that was evident from his changed eating habits. As days went by,his appetite reduced the more, causing his health to decline.” The informant revealed

The rapid decline of his health happened after learning that one of his large pieces of land had been grabbed and the land ownership changed.

“The private developer(s) had, through relevant authorities, changed the land ownership from Ivan to them without Ivan’s knowledge. The parcel of land was indeed Ivan’s; and he had a title deed to prove the same. The private developers had also acquired applicable documents,” said the source.

The informant further spilled that Ivan’s efforts to get his land back were an exercise in futility, causing him great stress that caused cluster headaches and high blood pressure that triggered a heart attack that later claimed his life.

Reports of him selling his palatial Munyonyo home in Kampala to sustain his 'Rich Gang' lifestyle only worsened the HBP condition. And when he realized he was not improving, he checked himself into the Steve Biko Academic Hospital in Pretoria.

Unfortunately, he passed away on Thursday, leaving behind 3 sons Pinto, Raphael and Quincy.
